Yesterday I made a delicious mahi mahi recipe. I wanted to share it with you and then we ate it all. It was dark out, so no pictures were taken. (DARNNN THE DARK NIGHTSSS!!!) I went back and forth, to share and not to share. I mean, it’s really blogger code to not post a recipe without a picture…so I’m breaking all rules here.
But really, this is so good and so easy, I had to share. And, of course, you could make this with any fish.
Ingredients Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place mahi mahi in a baking dish sprayed with olive oil spray. Drizzle olive oil over fish and then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Making Good Choices Blog
So because I’m breaking all codes here, I figured I’d share my treadmill workout with you. (Note: I’m not a physical trainer, this is just what I do.)
I did the following:
- walked for 10 minutes
- jogged at 5.3 for 15 minutes
- alternated running at 5.5 for 2 minutes with running at 6.2 for 1 minute, (increasing by .2 until I got to 7.4)
- alternated running at 5.5 for 1 minute with running at 7.0 (increasing by .2 until I got to 8.0)
- walked for 5 minutes to cool down
I didn’t really have a plan for this. I got on and basically did this while watching Ellen the entire time. I was done by the time Ellen was done talking to Willow Smith (how cute is she? WHIP YOUR HAIR ALL AROUND)
Off to get going so I can be on time. I have such issues with being on time.
P.S. Sorry for the no picture. I won’t do it again I promise. I was just hungry and there aren’t always leftovers in my house, although you wouldn’t know that if you looked in my fridge right now. (Cook once, eat multiple times is something I live by.)

favorite gym workouts… weights and treadmill
I haven’t made mahi-mahi in a long time, and now I’m craving it (even without pics haha). That looks like a good treadmill workout. I’m always looking to switch things up but end up doing my regular treadmill routine over and over. I’m going to try more intervals next time!
