Good morning! Happy Wednesday!
I just finished doing some arms and abs from Tone It Up. I took a long winter break from focusing on abs, so I decided to get back into it. I did this ab workout, which really gets the love handles.
After thinking about what I should post today, I thought I’d post my favorite posts from the week so far. I spoke with my mentor/coach from Nutrition School yesterday, which is basically my own health/business coach. It’s so good to talk to someone who has a similar thought process as you. It definitely helps work things out.
Caitlin did a great post on turning Self Doubt into Success. Read and reread for inspiration!
Angela’s A Year Can Change A Lot Posts (part 6) Really any of this series is inspirational. I know it’s not new, but I like to refer to these when I need a boost.
Laury’s New Baby! How can you not link to this gorgeous face?
Kelly’s A Running History: I really, truly admire Kelly for her brutal honestly and strength. She’s been through a lot this past year and has really turned it into a positive learning experience.
And the last, but not least (I had to include some type of treat/food) Sarena’s Orange Honey Ice Cream with a Pomegrante Swirl. Enough said. I’m obsessed with the fact you don’t need a ice cream maker for this. I can’t wait to try it!
I hope you are an inspired as I was by these wonderful posts! I’m so grateful for the blog world and the positivity it provides!
Side Note: I’m working out the particulars, but I will be offering a group session starting in June for heath coaching. I will post more details, but it will be online, so location is not an issue! If this is something you or a friend is interested in email me ([email protected]) and I’ll get back to you with details!

Thanks for the link love and thanks for the kind words. It took me a VERY long time to realize I was more than just a runner and had more to offer the world than just pounding the pavement.
I hope you have a great day Nicole! Thanks for the links!
Thanks for passing on the links!
