1. How is it okay to not have an airconditioner in my classroom? When it’s this hot it literally consumes all of my thoughts…that and the fact I constantly wonder if I’m sweating through my pants.
2. 20 minute HIIT workouts are no joke.
3. Gina’s amazeballs, are really amazing…made my own version yesterday. They rock.
4. How is it so hot inside? (told you…consuming all thoughts)
5. I get to go back to College this weekend. So pysched. Remember how much I miss college?
6. The Killing is a really good show. Anyone into it?
7. I REALLY hope there isn’t a tornado here tonight…or ever.
8. I can’t think anymore, because it’s so hot.
9. If you have $1.00 or $100, consider donating to a very worthy person. This story is heartbreaking, but Tonya’s spirit is so uplifting.
What are your thoughts today?

I have the opposite problem – my classroom is equipped with a huge industrial air conditioning system which makes it feel like a meat-lock 24/7. Sometimes I take the class outside just to get out of the freeezer.

I don’t know what’s worse!
Ahhh it is so hot here too! My hives are acting up and it’s also consuming all my thoughts. Thank God for blogs, I can keep myself occupied
I’m with you on 1, 2 and 5! 1. Our AC in our house isn’t working…not cool. 2. I’m on day 10 of Body for Life, 20 mins HIITs are kicking my butt! and 5. my 5 year reunion is this weekend, that’s why I can’t concentrate today!!
The heat…it’s horrible! Where is spring??? Tonya’s story is heart breaking.
Woohoo for going back to school! I always miss it whenever having a break, too. And also..I feel you on the wishing for no tornadoes thought. We’ve been getting hammered here lately..
Whaaaat is this about a tornado? I was walking through Tribeca tonight and some guy was cracking a joke about how windy it was and “the tornado is coming”… hahah have I been living under a hole?
How do they not have a/c in schools? It makes it so hard for the students to concentrate
Schools still don’t do the a/c back there? I grew up in the E. and try as an adult to imagine how the teachers put up with that kind of heat. Of course here in the southern plains where they start scool in Aug., and where it’s 90 every day from here on out they have it now, but boy even here people tell me back in those days schools had no a/c.
