Morning! So conflicting reports from PA groundhog and Staten Island groundhog. I’ll go with the local fav and say Spring is a comin’! Either way, if it means 6 more weeks of weather like we’ve been having..I’ll take it!
I really enjoyed reading everyone’s comments and tweets about yesterday’s Fat Talk: Stop the Fat Phobia post. Every time someone would tweet me their fav healthy fat, I’d get hungry!
These are just a couple of them, but I’d have to say the ultimate winner was avocado and nut butter! I have to agree, since those are my favorite!
With all this “fat talk”, I figured why not share a nice snack complete with healthy fats. This is our final vlog in our Super Bowl series!
Ingredients Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until it forms a ball. Roll into balls. Makes about 20.
I know, I love balls so much, but they make SUCH a good snack! I’m off to go for a run and hit up the weights!
