Morning and Happy Happy FRIDAY!!
Yesterday’s school event was a huge success! The kids LOVED the chocolate chip muffins I made them. It was adorable as they asked for 2nds, 3rds and 4ths. What I also loved is that Chobani donated 300 cups of Chobani Champions to their nutrition day as well. I contacted them to see if they would be interested and they were. They also sent over coupons and information sheets. Chobani is SO generous. The kids were slurping up every last bite and asking for more. I would say the overall favorite was the berry flavor, but they were all hits, honestly.
I WISH I could have taken pictures of the kids, but there’s that whole legal component there. So instead I just got a picture of the plates instead. I love how they had all different food groups represented with healthy options. I was so happy to see kids enjoyed everything…especially the edamame! It’s so important to teach kids about nutrition and nutritious foods from a young age. I am so happy I was able to be a part of this special day!
A HUGE thank you to Chobani for contributing as well!
A little switch here:

What a great event that was for the kids! I want to get involved in more stuff like that in my community too! I went to the high school yesterday with Jay and hated seeing vending machines of junk food and cokes first thing when you walk in the school. UGH! So frustrating.
Have a great weekend Nicole!
Seriously? I love Chobani. What a great company.
So great that you were in the schools shedding some nutrition know-how. I go in to have lunch with my kiddos at their school now and then and it is so depressing to see what some kids eat!
Enjoy the workout!
Today is my unplanned rest day….unless I drag myself to spin at 4:30. Love chobani champions!
Chobani is AWESOME!! <3 them!
Hey, it was a nice events for the kids. We should give them such events to help to growing up. Do you have any blog about nutritious food for children?
Thanks for share this,
Jacob
How do I contact Chobani to do that for my school?! We’ve been learning all about Dairy this month!!!
Hey, Joanna! Email us at fans(at)chobani(dot)com & we’ll be happy to chat more about bringing Champions to your school.
Hey, Nicole! Happy to hear Champions was such a hit at the school. Thanks for having us be part of such a fantastic event and teaching kids about nutrition and healthy eating…Verry Berry sure does rock.
so happy to hear the event went well! what a cool thing to do.
hope you have a great weekend!!
Hi Nicole, being a fitness enthusiast myself, was so glad to read your post on yesterdays school event. I would love to do something like this for my kids at school. Yes It’s so important to teach kids about nutrition and nutritious foods from a young age. Thankyou. Michelle
What a fun event for the kids. I just tried Chobani for the first time a few weeks ago and now I have both of my sisters and mom eating it too. I love it.
This certainly was a success! Cole, thank you so much for providing my students with this opportunity to gain new favorites in their healthy food belt. They loved this tasting and plan on asking their parents to buy these foods the next time they go food shopping. When prepping those students who were hesitant about trying new foods, I told them that they have to take a little nibble. If they didn’t like it, they could say “I tried it, but it’s not my favorite.” If they liked it, they could say “II tried it and I love it!” It was awesome to see some students overcome their doubts and love the food in front of them. Thank you to Chobani too!
That was way generous of Chobani! Yay for a successful event!
I agree… I love exploring all these workouts. It definitely mixes up the routine and lends its hand in to having fun!
Hope you had a great weekend!
