Hi guys!
I’m getting ready to get my sweat on before I get some packages together for Pure Bliss.
I haven’t done a What I Ate Wednesday in a LONG time, so I figured why not do one today, since my food is all over the place now. (Thanks for Jen for hosting )
Breakfast has been the same thing everyday, but has evolved from whole wheat bread & eggs to brown rice wrap with eggs in my panini press with ketchup. I’m too hungry at this point to ever get a picture.
Then I’ll have probably half a (mini) watermelon with some grapes.
Lunch is up in the air. Yesterday it was chicken barley soup (with lots of barley & pecorino romano), sometimes it’s steamed veggie dumplings, chicken, rice, etc. Boring and bland.
Snacks:
Yesterday was Twin Cakes Bakery crackers & hummus. Delish.
Dinner:
Sweet potato fries, salad and salmon with Trader Joe’s soyaki marinade (amazing). (I had about 3x this amount of everything after this plate.)
Random snackage: an apple or two, blueberry oat granola bars, extra fruit.
Everyday it’s been changing. I’m happy that my food is no longer bread-centric and involves a lot more veggies. I still don’t really have a love of eating, more like I tolerate everything and still despise things like peanut butter and chocolate (mostly).
I’m looking forward to the second trimester and feeling more and more like myself! Time to get moving!
What was the best thing you ate yesterday? Have a great day!

The first semester is the pits!! It will get better! Promise!
Almost out of the 1st trimester…it really really gets better, trust me! I feel totally like myself again – the only thing is that my belly is starting to show and my hips/thighs area are bigger. Glad that you are out of the carb routine – that was JUST like me – well that and fried food! HAHA. =) The best thing I ate yesterday was a spinach, cheese, and onion omelette that my son and I split for breakfast !

All I ate the first trimester with my first son was things with eggs and cheese. Lots and lots of cheese. For some reason, that’s all that sounded good. I must have eaten better with my second because I don’t remember feeling the same way I did with my first LOL.
