Hi! I’m just poppin’ in to give you a quick recipe for something I’m enjoying over here!
My sister so nicely got me an ice cream maker for Christmas and after one major coconut chia ice cream FAIL I never took it out again. This weekend I decided to break it out for Memorial Day and came up with a super easy, delicious recipe.
Greek fro-yo is all the rage right now, so I figured, why not used some Chobani? I threw some things in the ice cream maker and let it have at it. Perfection was what it resulted in.
Ingredients Put all ingredients in ice cream maker and turn on for 25 minutes. Enjoy soft frozen yogurt or freeze to make harder.
You could also try the ziplock bag method if you don’t have an ice cream maker! It *should* work but I’ve never tried it with this recipe (or any other for that matter!) I topped this with a Trader Joe’s gluten free brownie (with extra chocolate chips) warm from the oven. YUM.
*Note: This does have a tangy taste like greek yogurt, so think more plain Red Mango over regular fro-yo. Feel free to substitute with a plain yogurt as well!
By the way, we are CELEBRATING reaching our Kickstarter goal. I am so overwhemled with all of your generosity. You are all amazing! Thank you for sharing, tweeting, commenting, pledging and helping along the way. I am SO lucky and blessed. :)

YESS I’ve made this simple but scrumptious treat in my ice cream maker. It was especially good during the heat wave last week when my AC was broken. Now that it’s fixed, you can bet I’ll still be making “fro-cho” !
