Friday! Today we’re off to Newport for my friend Nat and Tim’s wedding! I have just about a million and one things to do before we leave, so I’ll make this quick today!
It will be interesting going to a wedding 35 weeks pregnant, but I’m just looking forward to spending time with my friends. This will be the last time I see (most) of them before baby. Very excited.
We’re staying at my friend’s house, so what better way to say thank you than pumpkin chocolate chip cookies?!
Ingredients Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine flour, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Mix. Add wet ingredients, egg/flax egg, pumpkin, vanilla extract and almond milk. Mix very well until completely combined. Add baking powder and baking soda. Mix. Add chocolate chips. Scoop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Yum.
What’s your favorite way to say thank you to a friend?

I love to make something (edible or not!). Themed gift baskets are my go to idea that people always seem to love!
