- 1/2 cup plain 0% chobani
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add wet ingredients and stir to combine well. Scoop into heated griddle over medium heat. Make pancakes to size preference. (I used 1/4 cup). Cook until edges set and surface starts to bubble. Flip and brown other side. Serve with maple syrup, berries, almond butter, butter, etc.
These were delicious. I had them with strawberries, turkey bacon and maple syrup on top. I don’t mess around with my pancake topping.
Let me know if you try them!
Have a great day!

I had a dream about pancakes last night, ha! Between that dream and this post, I’d say making some pancakes is near in my future.
I am always looking for a yummy/healthy pancake recipe! Thanks for sharing!
